Our firm's roots run deep in the Long Island legal community. Founding attorney Ira Schneider began the practice 40 years ago, with Vivian Garrastegui joining the following year shortly after graduating from Brooklyn Law School. Upon Mr. Schneider's passing in 2008, Vivian continued the firm's legacy of excellence, expanding the practice to meet the needs of clients across Long Island,  The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and Westchester County.
